Senior Style Guide in the house @Studio FBJ!!

Saturday, July 19th, the studio was busting at the seams with models getting hair and makeup for the first  Senior Style Guide photo shoot in Richmond Virginia! 12 lucky photographers got to participate in an amazing styled shootout. The Indiana based magazine generates a national publication each quarter and a world wide read blog, all based on SENIORS! We were super excited to host the models at the studio pre-shoot! They had a blast! All the ladies continued downtown Richmond where they met photographers from around the country all specializing in Senior photography! Here are just a few photos from the studio! Dads love family day  because its quick and painless (40 min.) and we are outside!
Mom's love family day because its the first time she has gotten professional pictures of herself in 10 years with her children that were 2 and 4 that are now 14 and 12. (and its the CHRISTMAS CARD PHOTO!)
Kids love family day because they can run around at our location, and tease siblings
Pets love family day since they just get to hang out with their owners

Nothing like SENIOR {Best Friends!}

I had the opportunity to work with a group of beautiful young ladies, ready to conquer the world as they are High School Senior graduates! I just love that they asked me to take photos of them, right before they graduated last week to capture this moment in time together! I know they will cherish these photos forever and ever!  I thought these were so cute and full of personality. All the best girls!

and its......Miss United States

 It was amazing to have Miss United States in the studio! When I think back to the fact the I just launched Pageant Couture in January, with the help of Ashley Greenfield, and Jamie Hughes, the past few months have really been a dream come true. Its been a whirlwind and I just love it!

Masquerade (Model Team '14)

I wanted our Masquerade shoot to be magical, and different than anything else I had done before. We traveled to Historic Mankin Mansion to make this happen!

We stepped out of the box on this shoot, with larger than life hair styles, bolder makeup and smoldering expressions from our model team! They rocked it!
