Best Friends!

Nothing like a Best Friends Session at the ever popular Sweet Frog to really get into the heart of Summer! My daughter and one of her best friends could not wait to get to Sweet Frog! Its the "IN" place and I thought this would be a great little post with the Fourth of July upon us Tomorrow!! Enjoy! Have a safe and happy FOURTH!

Bringing to life the American Girl Doll!

Brooke was an AMAZING "American Girl Doll"! We really started the session with just a few ideas of what we would like to do, and ended up using the suitcase as inspiration! Brooke morphed into the well known American Girl Doll, once she was dressed with suit case in hand! We found a few great spots in the city to feature her look! Welcome to our living American Girl Doll story!



The Apple Princess

I have been looking forward to this shoot for a while! Brooke's mom and I have been talking for several months about what we would like for Brooke's shoot! Brook is a competitive dancer. So i wanted to incorporate something she loved into our concept shoot. I came up with an idea of having apples, and just having her running around the woods. We started out with a "little red riding hood" idea but it sorta morphed into something...better! At 90+ degrees Brooke, her mom Karen, and I met early for hair and makeup! We shot on location in the morning to try to keep cool as much as we could! Brooke did endure some spiders in the woods, bugs here and there, but she took in all in princess stride!   Please enjoy our Journey into the woods with the Apple Princess!

How much fun would you/could you have if you and your best friend got together for a little pampering with hair and makeup and then got photos afterwards??? Well, its on! Each group of ladies(no more than 3 at a time) will get hair and makeup and 1 8x10 printed photo of choice and choice of 1 more High Resolution photo on disk! I got an email from a mother asking about doing a SWEET SIXTEEN photo shoot with her daughter and her best friends. We set it up quick, with the birthday around the corner! The ladies came to the studio for hair and makeup and then we went out to get our photos!! Here is a SNEAK PEAK..more to come!

Booking June and July Sessions!

The phone has been ringing and its an exciting time! I am so thrilled to work with several ladies that are signed up for Senior photos this summer and I even have a Sweet Sixteen session coming up!! I love shooting teens and people for the matter of all ages! So come one, come all!
